Betting out of turn will cause all chips to stay in the pot. Further action explained: Player A has action, player B calls out of turn.
    • If player A
      • Raises, then the call remains in the pot but player B has the option to complete the raise or to fold and release call to the pot.
      • Calls or folds, then the call will remain in the pot.
    • But, if player B instead raises out of turn and player A decides to raise:
      • If the raise of B is not 50% to a call, player B con either; re-raise, fold and sacrifice what is in the pot, or to call. (Because the raise from A initiates the significant change inaction for player B to reopen the betting.)
      • If the raise of B is more than 50% to a call, player B can either; call, or raise for the same reason as above.
  6. One chip rule is always in effect and will signify a call. Multiple oversized chips that cover on initial bet or a raise will also be a call.
